At Vibly Magnets, each piece is custom-made to order with your unique photos. Because of the personalization of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will prioritize a replacement for you as soon as possible.

Custom Bulk Orders
Bulk orders go through a collaborative proof process to ensure accuracy before we move into full production. Here's how it works:
1) Order Placed (Please use inquiry form or email us at viblymagnets@gmail.com)Â Â
Your bulk order is received and we begin preparing your proof.
2) Proof Sent for Approval
We send you a digital proof for review. This is your opportunity to request changes, corrections, or adjustments before production begins.
3) Proof Approved — Production Begins
Once you approve the proof, production starts immediately. No refunds or cancellations can be issued after proof approval.
4) Order Shipped
Your completed bulk order is packed and shipped to you.
